Travel Management Upgrade

Following a competitive tender process, Phoenix was successful winning the upgrade of the Department of the Environments Travel Upgrade Project.

The project consists of the upgrade to the latest Travel and Expense Management user interface, standardising workflow processes and forms. The project also involves the transition to the Departments new travel provider as part of the Whole of Government arrangements for provision of Travel administration. Phoenix's engagement will involve the implementation of the latest Travel and Expense Management capability and integration of online bookings with Amadeus online with real-time integration with SAP Travel Management using integration services.
