Phoenix Management Services is an Information Technology and management consulting company, specialising in the provision of Enterprise Resource Planning requirements analysis, design, implementation and support services. Our consultants have an average of 17 years or more experience in their field of expertise providing access to a broad range of specialist services and experience to every engagement.
Phoenix clients range from small to large public and private sector enterprises within various industries. As a niche provider of specialist consulting services, our greatest asset is our people and ability to form strong long-term relationships with our clients, that allows us to foster an association based on trust and teamwork to achieve our client’s strategic and operational outcomes.
Our consultants come to Phoenix following long-standing careers in either senior roles within public and private organisations or Tier 1 consulting firms.
Our mission is to provide our clients with up to date professional and independent advice and working together to achieve measurable business benefits and outcomes.
Phoenix consultants provide expertise in business analysis in the areas of finance, procurement and supply chain management. Our expertise draws on extensive experience in enterprise best practice processes, business requirements gathering, process modelling and development of functional and technical requirements definition.

Managing Director and founder of Phoenix Management Services since it was incorporated in July 2011. Tim is responsible for the firm’s business and operations with a passion for management consulting and partnering with his clients to achieve set outcomes.
Tim has over 23 years experience in financial management, procurement and ICT consulting to public and private sectors with 17 years primarily focused on ERP transformation projects.
His hands-on approach and practical experience in public sector processes and administration, ERP functional and technical consulting, ICT Strategy development and program management allows him to engage across business and IT organisations and bridge gaps in understanding the value from business and ICT transformation.
Tim was previously a Partner of Lodestone Management Consultants, leading their public sector ERP and management consulting practice. Prior to its acquisition by Lodestone, Tim was the Managing Director of Phase 3 Solutions responsible for the development and operations of the business.
John Draper, Management Consultant
A Managing Consultant of Phoenix Management Services focused on the firm’s capability in Human Capital Management and User Interface development services.
John has more than 20 years experience in Human Capital Management and systems implementation within the public sector with 17 years consulting in ERP HCM and payroll systems implementation, maintenance and support and more than 10 years implementing employee and manager self services.
Andrew Brice, Director
Portal and Security Consultant, UI technology and Access Management.
Director of Phoenix Management Services focused on our technology consulting services. Andrew is responsible for the firm’s access management and compliance consulting offerings.
Andrew has over 16 years experience in access management and controls within public and private sector, 10 years providing user interface integration services and implementations with 10 years primarily focused on integration and business transformation projects involving controls and end user accessibility.
His hands-on approach and practical experience in public sector processes and administration, gives him a thorough understanding of the complex environment that involves improving business process review, controls and audit compliance and strategic direction for usability models and end user acceptance.
Andrew was previously a Director of Lodestone Management Consultants, leading their public sector ERP and management consulting delivery practice. Prior to its acquisition by Lodestone, Andrew was a Director of Phase 3 Solutions responsible for the development and delivery of their consulting services.
Extensive experience in SAP UX implementation and development of UI strategies and roadmaps for his clients.
John's extensive experience in HCM business process within the public sector enables him to design and implement practical solutions for his clients.
